Refund Policy

At Pawss, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at support@pawss.co.uk.

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please do not return items without contacting us first, as they may not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty or you've received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@pawss.co.uk so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened or used.

We also cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance (where applicable)

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please get in touch before sending it back.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different item, simply return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@pawss.co.uk.
